I am a Gestalt therapist. This means that I tailor the therapy to suit you. My aim is to be with you in a non-judgemental way, and to support you in working towards finding yourself again as a whole person. Therapy with me will offer you the opportunity to reassess your beliefs about who you are, how you came to be this way, and how you relate to both your inner and outer world.

In my practice I welcome clients with a range of needs. I get enquiries from those who are interested in personal development and those who are seeking support for specific difficulties.

I see private clients in Saltdean, BN2 8DR, East Sussex .

I offer short and long-term counselling on a one-to-one basis. Sessions are available in both English and German.
